Anthony is a highly experienced psychotherapist, coach, and clinical supervisor. With over 14 years of experience across the United States and the United Kingdom, he has supported clients in the NHS, adult social care, and private practice, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Anthony works with individuals and couples, as well as offering life, career, and executive coaching for adults. His integrative therapeutic approach blends evidence-based modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies, to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and bereavement.
He has a particular specialism in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting individuals navigating gender identity, sexual orientation, and discrimination.
