Paul Flynn is the founder and CEO of Harbor. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in business and is involved in the leadership and development of people, including over 100 Consultants, providing services across the mental health landscape.
He is a leader within the mental health and recruitment sectors and developed, with his teams several innovative treatment services for addictive and mental health disorders.rnrnHe is regularly featured in the media, where his role is to act as the first point of contact for referrers, which are typically, principals of families, legal advisors, or clinicians.rnrnPrior to his involvement in the healthcare industry, Paul built Staffgroup (Eurostaff – UK, Eurostaff Group GMBH, Earthstaff ) from inception to sale in 12 years, to become one of the leading recruitment companies in Europe.
