Professional Experience

Alison Ball is an experienced integrative psychotherapist with a specialist focus on clinical hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She offers a thoughtful, multi-modal approach tailored to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges rooted in early or relational experiences.

Her approach is grounded in compassion and clinical insight, helping individuals shift long-standing patterns and access a renewed sense of agency.
