Starting your journey
Beginning treatment is a significant decision, often made at what is perhaps the most challenging moment of your life. We know how important it is for you, and for those supporting you, to understand how utterly curated care is shaped around individual circumstances from the outset.
The first step is an in-depth consultation directly with our CEO – Paul Flynn – and our Medical Director & Lead Psychiatrist, Dr Farrukh Alam. This allows us to understand clinical requirements and personal context, as well as the level of support required, before any treatment decisions are made.
The consultation fee is £1,500. If you proceed with treatment, this amount is deducted from overall programme cost.
Tailored care for every step
Everything we do at Harbor is built entirely around the person in front of us. While the structure of care is consistent, the delivery is informed using a combination of individual wants, clinical needs, personal context, and the level of support required at each stage.
Each programme is delivered within the familiarity of your own luxury, private London residence. There are no shared environments and no other residents. Care is provided by a dedicated, hand-picked multidisciplinary team alongside continuous medical oversight, and house staff that ensures comfort, continuity, and complete discretion throughout.
Programme fees vary from £59,995 to £99,995 according to the residence required, as well as the intensity of clinical and personal support provided.
