Professional Experience
Arinder is a recovery coach who brings a unique approach to healing, by combining acting techniques, somatic exercises, movement practices, and therapeutic modalities. They trained at world class conservatoire, The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and have over a decade of experience working in theatre and screen. Before becoming a performer, they worked as a support worker and group facilitator in the voluntary sector and NHS mental health services specialising in addiction, dual diagnosis and systemic work with families. Arinder has extensive experience of 20 years combined in designing and delivering group work for adults and young people, as well as one to one sessions.
With professional expertise and a personal journey in recovery of insight and growth, Arinder uses coaching and facilitation skills to empower individuals, enabling them to achieve their full potential through creative expression, body awareness, and embodied healing. With a deep understanding of how trauma, addiction, and stress can impact the body, they help clients re-connect with their physical selves and voice, cultivating mindfulness, presence, and emotional resilience. Using a combination of techniques across this spectrum allows for clients to explore and reframe their narratives and beliefs, embrace new possibilities, and break free from old scripts that no longer serve them.
Arinder has extensive experience of working across luxury treatment centres in Switzerland and one to one discreet case management services with CEOs and people in the entertainment industry. They have experience of working with individuals with autism, ADHD and is neurodiverse themself. They can adapt styles and approaches to meet the needs of each person. They can work with individuals, family units and couples.
Arinder is an avid reader and lover of the arts. They enjoy time in nature, good food and quality time with friends and family. Arinder is 19 years clean and sober.
