Originally from Cairo, Ashraf Lotfy is an experienced counsellor and rehabilitation manager with over 17 years of frontline expertise supporting individuals through addiction, relapse, and dual diagnosis. His work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience; he has been in recovery himself since 2008 and brings deep empathy and insight to every interaction.
Ashraf has worked across inpatient and outpatient settings, providing tailored one-to-one care and facilitating group programmes for individuals facing complex challenges. He has presented at international conferences, led seminars, and continues to engage with global best practice in addiction recovery.
