Carolina brings with her 15 years’ experience in healthcare since qualifying as a dentist in Brazil in 2008. After starting her married life in Australia in 2014, she transitioned to an Operational Management role passionate about delivering caring and safe solutions to patients accessing healthcare services.
Since moving with her family to the UK in 2018, Carolina has held a Clinical Manager position for a dentistry business with an out of hours service for the NHS across Leicestershire and Rutland, working collaboratively with the associate teams and the CQC directly to ensure safety guidelines are exceeded.
She loves driving operational excellence by creating a collaborative culture in businesses that have diverse teams. Her move into the addiction and mental health space is driven by a keen desire to help people live a more fulfilling life.
When she isn’t ensuring the safe delivery of medical services, Carolina is kept busy with her 6-year-old daughter, climbing Snowden and socialising with her girlfriends.
