Catherine is a Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with expertise in eating disorders, ARFID and neurodivergence-informed practice.
She has built her career within leading adult eating disorder services in London, supporting individuals with multi-layered needs and nuanced presentations while contributing to the development of more inclusive and responsive models of care.
Catherine also has extensive experience supporting addiction recovery and working with patterns of compulsion across a range of difficulties. Alongside her clinical work, she has led the integration of peer support within a multidisciplinary eating disorder service and has presented her work at the British Psychological Society and national eating disorder conferences.
Catherine is a published author contributing to emerging research on neurodivergence and eating disorder care with a focus on meaningful adaptations for autistic and ADHD populations and the importance of embedding lived experience into service provision to improve care.
