Charlie is a Treatment Coordinator for Harbor and Orchestrate Health. She has an 18-year background in operations, starting in security before transitioning into healthcare working closely with children and adults with disabilities and emotional & behavioural disorders, ensuring they receive the care, support, and understanding they deserve.
Charlie is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with kindness, empathy, and compassion at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of work, Charlie is an avid music lover with a deep appreciation for art and creativity. Free time is spent with Charlie’s twin boys or close friends, enjoying activities ranging from hiking to exploring new experiences, or discovering exciting activities to try together.
