Charlotte’s expertise is shaped by her extensive study of Western psychology and Eastern spiritual traditions – including The Dhammapada and Theravada Buddhism. After graduating from Goldsmiths University, she deepened her knowledge with two years of study in Buddhism & Modern Psychology, exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and contemporary cognitive science.
