Professional Experience

With over 19 years of experience supporting individuals in recovery, Charlotte is a highly regarded Recovery Coach and Addictions Counsellor, known for her nuanced approach to healing addiction and trauma.

She works with a global client base, offering tailored support that integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of human resilience.

Charlotte’s expertise is shaped by her extensive study of Western psychology and Eastern spiritual traditions – including The Dhammapada and Theravada Buddhism. After graduating from Goldsmiths University, she deepened her knowledge with two years of study in Buddhism & Modern Psychology, exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and contemporary cognitive science. Her commitment to whole-person recovery has taken her to Northern India, where she immersed herself in yoga and meditation – practices that continue to inform her therapeutic approach.

Beyond traditional coaching, Charlotte has over 30 years of experience as a professional artist, using creativity as a powerful therapeutic tool. Through art, meditation, and reflective practice, she helps clients develop deeper self-awareness, express unspoken emotions, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. Her international reputation as a teacher, retreat leader, and workshop facilitator further reflects her dedication to guiding individuals toward long-term recovery and personal transformation.
