Jeremy is a highly experienced Psychologist with over 20 years of practice across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, he brings a deep sensitivity to cultural differences and applies culture-informed perspectives throughout his practice.

Drawing on his background in clinical psychology, Jeremy integrates a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet diverse mental health needs. He applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Emotional Behavioural Therapy (CEBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), enabling him to support clients in both coaching contexts and more in-depth therapeutic formats. His wider skill set also includes performance coaching, stress management, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), clinical hypnotherapy, and biofeedback therapy.

As Senior Lecturer for the National Centre for Eating Disorders (UK) and President of the Middle East Eating Disorders Association (MEEDA), Jeremy is recognised as an expert in eating disorders and related mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, personality disorders, addictions, and burnout. He works with young adults and adults, and also trains health professionals through courses accredited by the British Psychological Society Learning Centre, supporting their continued professional education and development.

Jeremy’s passion for the field drives him to remain at the forefront of emerging therapies, with ongoing training in areas such as eco-psychology and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. A native bilingual, he practices in both English and French, and also has an intermediate level of proficiency in Arabic.
