专业经历
Lindsey Frances is an internationally registered Sophrologist, UK-trained Psychologist, and Human Performance Coach with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of emotional wellbeing, behavioural change, and leadership performance. She is the founder of the Emotional Wealth Creation Method – a signature, science-led approach to integrating physical and mental health for long-term personal and professional growth.
Lindsey Frances is a Sophrologist and Human Performance Coach at Harbor. Sophrology is a mind–body method that uses breathing, gentle movement and visualisation to help people manage stress and stay steady under pressure.
She works with people under heavy pressure at work and at home, including leaders and those supporting several generations of their family at once. Her work examines how stress in the body affects behaviour, decision-making and co-regulation, the way people’s stress levels affect each other in close relationships.
Lindsey has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, management consultancy and coaching, and previously ran her own sophrology practice in France.
Professional Background & Qualifications
Lindsey holds a Sophrology Practitioner Diploma and is registered with the International Sophrology Foundation.
She also holds a BPS-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a BSc in Business Science.
She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and has also completed Breathwork Practitioner Training through Yoga Alliance.
Professional Experience
Lindsey’s background in business and consultancy means she understands the pressures of senior roles from the inside.
Much of her work focuses on breaking long-standing or inherited behavioural patterns and helping people respond to pressure more thoughtfully, rather than reacting on impulse.
Approach to Care
Lindsey combines sophrology with her psychology training to help clients notice their patterns and gain more control over how they respond.
The focus is on practical techniques clients can use day to day, so they don’t live in a constant state of stress.
A sophrology session might include guided breathing, simple movements and visualisation, which clients can then practise on their own.
