With nearly five years of experience in live-in recovery coaching and companionship, I support individuals through the early and often most vulnerable stages of their behavioural health and addiction recovery journeys. I bring a grounded, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach, having worked with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds and needs.

My work centres on helping people rediscover a sense of safety and stability in their bodies and environments. Drawing on tools such as somatic practices, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, I help clients regulate their nervous systems and develop new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them. I thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing deep presence, adaptability, and evolving expertise.

My ongoing professional development includes studies in polyvagal theory, felt sense work, DBT, and EFT. In 2002, I was awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship, travelling to India and California to explore how “East meets West” in supporting recovery through yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda.

This work is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I consider it an honour to walk alongside others as they take courageous steps toward healing.
