Susie Mangan

Susie Mangan is a Recovery Manager at Harbor who supports people with addiction, with a focus on the period after treatment ends.

She helps clients make the move from structured treatment into everyday life, and she runs aftercare and relapse prevention groups. Susie also brings lived experience to her work, alongside her training in counselling skills and suicide intervention.

Before moving into recovery work, Susie worked in politics and public relations, as well as in private client services, which included working with prominent Anglo-Middle Eastern families.

Susie holds a Certificate in Counselling Skills (HETAC Level 7) from the Department of Counselling and Psychotherapy at Maynooth University in Ireland.

She has also completed two government-endorsed suicide intervention training courses.
