Professional Experience
Adam has over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality and catering industry, working in many different styled establishments, from five star hotels, private members, leading restaurants and Michelin starred establishments, all over the world. Adam held his own Michelin Star for over a decade as Head Chef at City Rhodes and then Rhodes Twenty-Four for Chef Gary Rhodes.
Adam has been Culinary Director of several Cookery Schools, passing his extensive knowledge on to the public, he is also a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a Master Craftsman in the Craft Guild of Chefs, and features extensively on the Great British Chef website.
Adam was awarded an Honorary Master of Science Degree by Northamptonshire University for his commitment and passion to the catering industry and an AoC (Association of Colleges) Gold Award at the House of Commons for his successful career after leaving secondary education.
Adam has a passion for keeping fit, road cycling, open water swimming, rugby coaching and training in martial arts , which links with his “Eat Fit” healthy recipe features in Men’s Fitness magazine, who he has been a features writer for many years .
In 2020 he was asked by the British Army to create The Healthy Soldier Cookbook Vol 2, a nutrition and wellbeing cookbook.This was launched in 2021 at Aldershot Garrison with overwhelming success.
Most recently in 2022, Adam was honoured to become a Disciple within the Disciples of Escoffier organisation, paying tribute to his great friend and mentor Gary Rhodes OBE.
