Annie Bennett is one of the UK’s most foremost psychotherapists, with a career spanning bereavement counselling, addiction therapy, psychosexual work, and trauma-informed psychotherapy.
Her early training began in bereavement therapy, before expanding into addiction counselling and broader clinical psychotherapy. Over the past three decades, she has worked extensively across the UK, Spain, and the United States, building a reputation for compassionate, results-focused care. In 2004, she established a Harley Street private practice, offering specialist support for individuals and couples navigating complex emotional landscapes.
Annie’s career includes work at several of the world’s leading centres for trauma and addiction recovery. In 2002, she was invited to join The Meadows in Arizona as a visiting therapist. In 2005, she was appointed by The Priory Hospital in Roehampton to lead their Trauma Programme.
Today, Annie offers private therapy for individuals and couples worldwide, with a flexible blend of online sessions and personalised, in-person intensives.
