Astrid Warren is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in specialist addiction treatment. Her work is grounded in depth psychology and relational practice, with a particular focus on co-dependency, bereavement, and the experiences of adult children of alcoholics.
Alongside her clinical practice, Astrid is completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, further deepening her expertise in complex emotional dynamics and trauma-informed care. She is known for her compassionate, reflective approach, helping individuals explore the roots of long-standing patterns and develop a more grounded sense of self.
